How to make your mind feel at ease

On July 8, 2020, the Community hosted Tim Davis and Britt Turpack of NAMI LA to have an open and honest conversation about mental health and wellness. Maintaining a healthy mental state is an extremely important (and difficult!) part of life and Tim & Britt were able to share several exercises and strategies that help ‘support your mind!’ Check out the video below to hear more!
